Each lesson is fully scripted, with introductions, opening questions, lesson tips, journal pages, full pose images, pose descriptions, and more!
The lesson plans can last from 20 minutes to over an hour, depending on which parts you choose to use. You can spread it out over a couple of days or do the full lesson all at once.
