Ana –
I own this set of cards, and they are amazing!. I can say that this set of yoga cards for kids is the only one I have found helpful for my tween yoga and mindfulness classes. Other yoga cards for kids I have seen over the internet include between 25 to 40 poses, and I like to have various poses and not just the basic ones. I like to place the cards around a mandala mat, so kids know what poses we will work on during the class. The cards are big enough for kids to see from their yoga mat and have a visual representation. Each card’s figure is authentic to kids since they resemble real kids with different body shapes and colors. Furthermore, the instructions on how to do each pose are very clear and easy to follow by my target kids (9 to 12 years old).
